Site Council
The Site Council meets on a monthly during the school year to review school activities and serves as an advocate for Roosevelt High School. Members include students from all grade levels, staff, school administrators, parents and community members.
Meetings are normally held the second Wednesday of the month from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM in Room 242 at Roosevelt High School. Meeting dates may be adjusted to accommodate school holidays and vacation periods. Please check the RHS Calendar for specific meeting dates.
Students, staff, parents and community members are encouraged to attend meetings and join the Site Council. Parents and at-large community members may seek membership by submitting an application to the Site Council. Applications are available at Site Council meetings, and on this site. Students, staff, PTSA and Roosevelt Neighborhood Association members are selected by their organizations.
Site Council meetings are open to the public. Membership is not required to attend and participate in meetings. Everyone is invited. Please contact Site Council Chairperson Liz Dahl at 206-200-6645 with questions. Your interest in the Site Council is appreciated.
